GRIEVOUS BODILY HARM
Peter Andrew Lewis, 51, of Whites Wood Lane in Gainsborough. Charged with unlawfully and maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm on Jason Cutler on 23rd November last year. Not guilty plea entered. Case adjourned until 10th May for committal. Bail granted on the condition that he not contact Jason Cutler.
Stuart Iain Ealam, 48, of Theaker Avenue in Gainsborough. Charged with driving a Ford down Trinity Street on 25th August last year without wearing an adult seat belt. Charge proven in absence. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £50 in court costs.
Jennifer Hazel Reynolds, 46, of Salisbury Close in Saxilby. Charged with driving a Chevrolet down the A156 in Marton at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour on 15th July last year. Case proven in absence. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £50 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.
Joseph John Smith, 53, of Summergangs Lane in Gainsborough. Charged with driving a Ford on Cox Hill in Gainsborough without wearing an adult seatbelt on 25th August of last year. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £50 in costs.
James Stewart Smith, 44, of Dunstall Walk in Gainsborough. Charged with stealing Lynx shower gel and body spray to the value of £301.69 from B and M in Gainsborough on 30th December. Indicated plea of guilty. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £100 in compensation and £20 victim surcharge.
INTENT TO STEAL
Gareth Dominic Williams, 44, of Waterworks Street in Gainsborough. Found guilty of breaking into Creme Cafe at Marshall’s Yard in Gainsborough with intent to steal on 10th November last year. Four-month curfew issued to stay at home between the hours of 7pm and 7am, and ordered to pay compensation of £500 and a victim surcharge of £60.
