The following people from the Worksop and Retford areas have recently appeared before the courts.

MOTORING

Joshua Pink, 23, of Eyre Street, Creswell. Drove a motor vehcile after consuming so much alcohol, namely 47 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed the limit. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fined £250. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150, £85 court costs and a £25 victim surcharge.

Neil Humberstone, 46, of Great North Road, Retford. Drove a motor vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 96 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed the limit. Disqualified from driving for two years. Community order made with alcohol treatment requirement. Also ordered to pay a £150 criminal courts charge, £80 in court costs and an £80 victim surcharge.

Andrew Kazmierczack, 59, of Rydal Drive, Worksop. Drove a motor vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 militres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. Disqualified from driving for 22 months. Fined £200. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150, £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Marc Bradley, 28, of Cavendish Road, Worksop. Drove a motor vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed the limit. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Fined £110. Also ordered to pay a £150 criminal courts charge, £85 in court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

THEFT

Lee Richardson, 39 of Ely Close, Worksop. Stole packs of batteries, of a value unknown, belonging to Halfords. Stole six jars of coffee, to the value of £16.74, belonging to Poundstretcher. Stole a radio, to the value of £150. Committed to prison for four weeks. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £180 and £460 in compensation.

Kimberley Kinsella, 29, of Valley Road, Worksop. Stole two boxes of chocolates, to the value o0f £10.98, belonging to Martin’s Newsagents. Stole a gammon steak, to the value of £4, belonging to Sainsbury’s. Committed to prison for 14 days suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150 and £15.98 in compensation.

Luke Hanley, 18, of Cobwell Road, Retford. Having entered a building as a trespasser, namely a shed, stole TV/DVD comvined, waterproof speakers and an Angle Grinder tool to a value unknown. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £180, £51 court costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

DAMAGE

David Pencott, 32, of Scrooby Road, Harworth. Without lawful or reasonable excuse, damaged a glass window, to a value unknown. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150, £85 in court costs, a £20 victim surcharge and £50 in compensation.

Aaron Millington, 22, of Rushey Close, Worksop. Damaged to a VW Golf, to a value unknown. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay a £150 criminal courts charge and £150 in compensation.

Mandy Richardson, 38, of the Dukeries Crescent, Worksop. Without lawful excuse, damaged the wing mirror of a Ford Focus, to a value unknown. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made. Fined £150. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £60.

BREACH

Sebastian Guzik, 31, of Hardwick Road West, Worksop. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order. Order to continue. Fined £50. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £100 and £50 in court costs.

DISORDER

Luke Craven, 25, of Riddell Avenue, Langold. Was guilty in a public place, namely Victoria Square, of drunk and disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditonally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £150 in criminal court charges, court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £15.

ASSAULT

Hayley Johnson, 20, of Sandy Lane, Worksop. Assaulted a woman by beating her. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150 a £15 victim surcharge.

Oliver Simpson, 19, of George Street, Worksop. Assaulted a man by beating him. Fined £300. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150, £85 court costs, a £30 victim surcharge of £100 in compensation.
