COMMUNITY: West Lindsey Confidence building workshop

Voluntary Centre Services, West Lindsey is offering free confidence building workshops on August 2 and 9, at The Guildhall, Marshall's Yard, Gainsborough, DN21 2NA.

The course aims to help you to:

Find ways of dealing with those times that we feel worried about, such as going for a job interview or starting a new job.

Deal with anxiety and learn how to boost your self-esteem.

This training is aimed at anyone who finds new situations difficult or has been out of work for a while and needs to boost their self-confidence.

The course is open to anyone 16 plus and is free to attend.

The sessions run from 10.30am to 1.30pm.

Spaces are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
