Clowne: Heritage school stages annual choir festival

One of the biggest school choir festivals in the East Midlands, it saw a record 1,400 children representing 28 schools from across Derbyshire and Notts.

Swanwick Primary School wowed a capacity audience of over 2,000 to scoop the top prize and title with their performances of I Will and Electricity.

Nottingham High School were runners-up, while Brookfield Primary was the best Bolsover district school.
