Legendary club night Brighton Beach returns for a one-off special at Sheffield’s City Hall in September.
The event is returning to celebrate it’s 80th birthday on Saturday 15th September.
With a music policy focusing on the best of 60s and modernism culture, expect two rooms of floor-pounding 60s soul, Motown, indie, northern soul and Britpop set to a backdrop of psychedelic visuals and cult films.
In the main room, original DJ Red Helen will be playing everything from The Who to The Libertines, The Sonics to The Supremes, and The Stone Roses to Hendrix. In the second room, special guests will be spinning alternative 60s tunes all on priceless 45s.
Doors open at 11pm and the event runs until 3am.
Advance tickets are £5 and are available by the box office on 01142 789 789. For more visit www.brightonbeachclub.co.uk.
The event is for over 18s only.
