HAVE YOU overdone it a bit this Christmas? Well The Gainsborough Standard is offering YOU the chance to WIN a month’s worth of ‘body transformation’ exercise classes worth £99.

Isle Lose It Fitness Camps Ltd have launched at Roses Sports Ground in Gainsborough.

The last time we ran this competition, it was won by Gainsborough lady Elaine Ward - who said she couldn’t wait to get stuck in at boot camp.

If you are not quite ready to make a long term commitment but would be happy to commit for 28 days to get guaranteed results then this is the fitness programme for you.

Owner Sue Taylor said: “We encourage everyone there to work as hard as they can, but it is not a competition and you work at your own pace. You will be surprised how much more you will be able to do in weeks three and four than you could do in weeks one and two too. It never ceases to amaze me!”
