Richmond Park's summer of fun
RICHMOND PARK has announced a stellar season of summer entertainment and great family events for the next month.
On Sunday 1st August, the park will be hosting ‘Lark In The Park: Planet Richmond from 1-5pm.
This will be a space themed day full of performers juggling, dancing and music, as well an 11,000 litre tank with zorbs on for people to walk on water, a four way bungee trampoline and a gyroscope for astronaut training and much more. Entry is free.
Later that day from 7.30pm, there will be the ‘Revolver Rock Concert,' when families are invited to come and listen to rock music, prop up the bar, sample something from the bbq and be wowed by the fire jugglers. Tickets are just 2 and available from Holly Parker on 01427 811573.
On Friday 27th August families are invited for tea and cake at the Mad Hatter's tea party before watching Quantum Theatre's open-air show of ‘Alice Through the Looking Glass.'
