PUPILS from Waddingham Primary School took a trip back in time as they enjoyed a special Second World War-themed VE Day.

As well as dressing up in 1940s attire, youngsters also enjoyed a variety of different activities, fun and games to mark the end of learning about the topic at school.

School pupils enjoyed cooking wartime foods and learning about evacuees.
