WOULD YOU like to join the Gainsborough branch of the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes?

Through a range of activities, meetings and events, they aim to support local worthy causes and to look after the aged, sick and widowed.

“Our local lodges came into being in 1921, 1922 and 1923, but our membership has very much depleted,” a spokesman said. “We are looking for new members and for past members who haven’t been in a while to return.”

The group meet every Tuesday at 8pm at the Liberal Club on Ropery Road.
