Hospital charity group hold yearly AGM

The John Coupland Hospital Charity held their annual general meeting to discuss the ‘busy and successful’ year that has just past - and they’re looking forward to another one.

The Chairman’s report was read, which thanked all of the members for their ‘sterling efforts’ throughout 2012:

“This has been a much busier year than 2011 and I would like to thank all members of the committee for their hard work.”

“They deserve all of the praise I can heap on them.”

The report also stated that in 2012, the charity held their first quiz at Trentside, and that they’re planning another at Gainsborough House, at then at the Rose and Crown in Upton on April 4th.
