Beauty queen in need of your help
Paige Stephens, 19, is competing in the Face of North England competition (w120905-3d)
AN AMBITIOUS teen beauty queen from Harworth needs YOUR help to raise money for charity and help her get through to the next stage of a top competition.
Paige Stephens, 19, from Sherwood Road, was the winner of Miss Teen Doncaster last year.
Now, she’s involved in the Face of Europe and is in the run-in for my place in the finals of the Face of North England.
There are seven places in the final – with three chosen by judges, three based on a popularity vote by the public, and the final place is for Miss Charity which will go to the girl who has raised the most funds.
“I’m doing some fundraising for two amazing charities,” said Paige.
“I’d love it if as many people as possible could donate to the Rainbow Child Foundation and Headway East Kent Brain Injury Support.”
The Rainbow Child Foundation was founded by singer Chico Slimani and his family, and is a non-profit organisation that helps underprivileged children all over the world.
Meanwhile, Headway East Kent Brain Injury Support’s mission is to promote understanding of all aspects of brain injury and to provide information, support and services to sufferers, their families and carers.
Paige continued: “Please give as much or as little as you can to these worthy causes.”
“I really enjoy these competitions just for the experience and to meet different people. It’s a pleasure to try and help people and these great charities.”
